April 3, 2006 Dear Valued Customer, During the month of March we worked with Orgill Inc., the nation’s largest wholesale hardware distributor, to secure an agreement for sale. The purchase and sale agreement was executed in mid March and the closing transaction which was scheduled for March 31st is now complete. Orgill is an impressive organization and one that we are thrilled to be a part of in order to serve your needs. Orgill has hired our entire sales force, and our outstanding sales leader, Mr. Harold Ronnfeldt. I am also very excited to join the Orgill team, along with a number of warehouse and management employees who will be offered opportunities to assist in the operation of the Omaha facility for the next few months. Orgill has five distribution facilities located around the country, they warehouse 65,000 items, and their direct import program offers aggressive pricing and high quality products. Their circular advertising program is available on-line with customization as easy as 1-2-3 to fit the needs of your business. Their bill-through commodity lumber program is top notch, as is their assortment of products focused on the contractor. Their fall market will be held in Chicago August 17th-19th at the McCormick Center and will encompass over 800,000 square feet. Their 2007 spring show will be held in Orlando, Florida. Harold and I were able to attend this event in February-a grand event it was, featuring vast product offerings with incredible deals and savings.
