and sale agreement was executed in mid March and the closing
transaction which was scheduled for March 31st is now complete.

Orgill Inc. to Acquire Certain Assets of Wright & Wilhelmy Co.
MEMPHIS – Ron Beal, President and CEO of Orgill, Inc. has announced that
Orgill has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire certain assets of Wright & Wilhelmy, a 131 year old wholesale hardware
distributor based in Omaha, NE.
